Hi, my name is Andy and I am licensed tour guide and professional photographer.

I am passionate about nature and the outdoor activities such a hiking, biking, rock climbing . . .
My goal is to offer you tours to the most beautiful places of Slovakia, which I have been exploring since I was a little boy and which are placed deep in my heart.

Being a tour guide isn't only my job; this is my passion, my Life, my mission. I was raised with the love for Nature, the love for pure things and innocence. I don't want to be just a guide for tourists; to show you only some places, buldings, historical data. . . I want to be "The Guide"! The guide that makes a difference to your journey; who can bring places to life, or show you the real deal, offering the full experience.

I will put my engagement, knowledge, friendship and quite good intuition I guess into our time together. As well as the smile :)

I know a lot of places, people and stories so let me share it with You and feel free to ask and talk what You need to. All areas to be visited may always be tailored to suit your particular interests and timeframes - I can suggest a lot of things and You will decide. Flexibility.

Lonely Planet described the region as a "mythical" and "rugged" landscape, with the real possibility of spotting rare species eradicated from most other parts of Europe, before going on to say…

The name Krivan means "curved peak", which indeed it has. This most iconic symbol of Slovakia is also illustrated on Slovak euro coins in value 1, 2 and 5 cents.
It is said that every Slovak has to climb to the top of Krivan at least once in his or her lifetime. Even if you are not Slovaks, this tour definitely worths the effort.

Forget the hustle and bustle of cities and come to find peace and happiness into the stunning nature of Tatras mountains.

Hut-to-Hut Hiking in the High Tatras mountains is one of the biggest adventures you can undertake in Slovakia. You will sleep in cozy mountain huts in the middle of national park and enjoy the atmosphere of the mountains while sipping a great Slovakian soup. On the way, you'll admire some of the highest mountain peaks, pass by crystal clear lakes with stunning views of the Slovakian landscape, and stay in the best mountain huts in Slovakia.

This tour is suitable for less experienced hikers, as we will walk only for 4-5 hours/day. We will have plenty of time to admire surrounding fauna and flora, to observe sunrises and sunsets far from a civilization.

In all the huts, where you'll stay overnight, you'll get dinner and breakfast. However, I recommend you to take some snacks that are light to carry, e. g. müsli bars, chocolate, nuts, and a water bottle.

Let's enjoy this 4 day trekking in the heart of the Tatras , by observing life of wild animals, unique flora . . . Conquer the highest mountain passes and summits, admire some crystal clear water in many mountain lakes and streams we will cross on our way . . .

Experience the specific atmosphere in cozy mountain huts and forget all of your problems by simply watching beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

Keep in mind that we will walk 6 to 7 hours per day. Therefore, you will need a good fitness level. Furthermore, there will be two technical passages with chains and small ladders so you also need to be comfortable with heights.

 Of course, I will be there to help and make you feel safe. I was born in this area and I grew up in High Tatras, that is why I know every meter of this trail and it will be a big pleasure for me to share my experiences on this adventure with you.
