I graduated with a degree in Food & Beverage Management (Hospitality Studies, Travel & Tourism) and worked as a qualified Chef for my first years. I became the Founder and Operations Manager for two Tours & Excursions Companies which have organized hikes and tours on the National Calendar of Events here in St. Lucia.
