Overview of your Mexico City tour
This tour is planed for people that do not have all day to visit Teotihuacan, but you will have time to visit the main sites in the area walking with me and cover the main site, the tour is focused ONLY in the archaeological site of Teotihuacan so you dont lose time in shops, or tour traps like in a big tour bus, a drop-off at the airport after the tour is possible without additional cost. A longer tour is possible please ask for a customized tour link to do that. It's also possible to combine this tour with a Hot Air Balloon Ride over Teotihuacan. It can be a private Hot Air Balloon or the general one at your choice for an extra cost. Please DO NOT WEAR SANDALS, FLIP-FLOPS or similar there are small rocks and red ants all over the place.
Your Mexico City tour itinerary
• We will arrive after 45 min to 1:15 min transfer from Mexico City depending on your hotel/location. At all times during the tour I will be walking with you. • Our start will be in the temple of the feathered serpent and the citadel, you will learn about the conflicts and the possible organization of the government in teotihuacan • We will walk through the avenue of the dead to the pyramid of the sun and walk around it so you can see how magnificent is, we will continue to the pyramid of the moon and look at some of the optical effects of the place • Finally we will cover the part of the Avenue of the dead between the sun and the moon and finally we will walk back to the car. • It can be possible to make a stop for lunch at the place. Due to preservation of the constructions it won't be possible to climb any structure except for the front platform of the Temple of the Feathered Serpent.
