Jay arranged a seamless pickup from the cruise port and brought us nearly two hours into Bangkok, making the start of our day effortless. From the moment we met her, she was professional, organized, and fully focused on guiding us through our custom tour. She took us to several temples, arranged a long‑boat ride, and led us through the vibrant flower market. She also brought us to what became the best meal of our entire trip and later made sure we had the best sticky rice in the city for our drive back. Jay kept us perfectly on schedule and even added a couple of bonus stops when we had extra time. Jay is extraordinary; knowledgeable, high-energy, efficient, genuine, generous and fun! Her 20 years of experience were evident. We had a full agenda, and she got it all in--Wat Pho, Grand Palace & Emerald Buddah Temple, Lunch at Krua Apsorn, Longtail Boat Ride on the canal, Flower Market, Golden Buddah Temple, shopping and massages at Chatujak Market and her treat to the best mango sticky rice ever! She took all the pictures of our group on her phone, which saved time and documented our tour far better than otherwise. Most impressive were the little things she did: opening the van door for us, warning of potential dangers (high steps, street crossing), providing cold wash clothes and water, making pre-arrangements to minimize downtime, giving us lotus flowers for wish-making, etc. As a guide, she's superb. As a person, she's more than that. Without question, she's among the very best.

My Wife and I recently did a full day tour with Jay of the highlights of Bangkok. It was fantastic! Jay is one of the best tour guides we have ever used. We were picked us up at the pier at the Laem Chabang port ( and drove us to the center of Bangkok) where we met Jay to start our tour. Jay then proceeded to take us to see the major sites within the city (including the Grand Palace, Emerald Buddha, Wat Phra Chetuohon, Wat Arun, tuk tuk ride, a wonderful boat ride along the canals of Bangkok, the flower market, tasty snacks from local vendors and a wonderful lunch). We could have never seen half as much on our own. Along with her driver, Jay seamlessly moved us around the city, providing great knowledge and insights into each site visited. Jay also knew the perfect spots at each site for those perfect photos!! Jay was a perfect guide and we very highly recommendation her!!
