I was born in Oradea city where I live now. As a child I wandered the mountain. My parents who were professors took me with them during the summer holidays in camps organized by the Ministry of Education, where we lived three months per year from June until September. Students were coming series after series. So, get accustomed with the every day routes, I memorized them so well, that the marks were useless for me. Then came the faculty, then the job and year after year I targeted the mountains one by one followed of course with a sejour in 2 May, the hippies resort on the Black Sea coast. In 2011, I 've got the opportunity to follow a course for mountain guides, travel guides and travel agents based on European funds which I graduated in 2012. This way I started the business which is a hobby for me. I think it is the best way it might be. I am licensed mountain guide, tourism guide, travel agent and tourism manager with a great experience in trekking and hiking tours from Romania.

The cave system was first discovered in 1975 when exploratory mining blasting revealed the caverns. They were then explored by a group of scientists known as Speodava who found a massive amount of bones that once belonged to ancient, extinct cave bears that hadn't walked the Earth for over 27, 000 years. By 1980, the Bears' Cave was opened to the public, quickly becoming the most popular attraction in the area. The cave offers four galleries to explore including the Scientific Gallery and the Candles Gallery. The Bones Gallery may be the most impressive and iconic of the four, however, as this cavern contains a walkway that circles the full skeleton of a cave bear that is still embedded in the stone floor. Since my childhood, I loved being in the mountains, going to summer camps (even for months) and discover new hiking places. I would like to invite you join me to discovering this outstanding cave and hopefully, you will end up loving it!
This is what I suggest as itinerary: - pick you up from your Oradea hotel at 8-9 o'clock in the morning and we are going to Bears cave situated around 90 km away. - Our trip lasts around 2 hours. - Once there, we are visiting the cave ( around 45 minutes) with the guide - I will translate from Romanian all the explanations. - We may stop somewhere to eat and drink at your choice. The retour lasts other 2 hours. At evening we shall drop you off at your hotel.
