Hi and Welcome ! Gilgit, Nagar and Hunza are located in the extreme north of Pakistan, Fairy Meadows is lush alpine meadows at massif of Nanga Parbat in west south of Himalayan Mountains. The meadow are flowers alpine pastures with an imposing backdrop massive North face of NP, the world's ninth highest mountain. Hunza & Nagar is nestled in the giant mountains of the Karakorum while Gilgit is touched by both the Karakorum and Hindu Kush. We will travel on part of the Karakorum Highway and part of it is also the old Silk Route which is on the footsteps of Marco-polo. This is one of the highest and most spectacular road in the world. Follow across a massive lake formed by landslide up to border where Pakistan meets China. Marmots, yaks & large mountain Ibex visible on the pass. The valley has several landmark of Forts & vastly developed its agricultural. Dried & fresh fruit are one of the famous products of the area & also influence local cuisine.
