Recommended itinerary: • Pick up from hotel/ places around Lumbini. • Visit to Mayadevi temple to see the exact birthplace of Lord Shakyamuni Buddha (2 hrs). • Exploring other historical and archeological monuments in the Sacred garden including Ashokan pillar, Sacred Pond Sacred stupas and other millennium monastic remains. • Lunch (traditional Nepali/Local dish is recommended) (1 hr). • Exploring the art and architecture of Monastic zone like German, Chinese, Thai, Cambodian monasteries (including Theravada and Mahayana Buddhist monasteries) (2 hrs). • Visiting World Peace Pagoda, world peace flame, and central canal area (1 hr) • Overview of Museum, Information center, and souvenirs area on the way (1 hr). • Back to the hotel/place to drop off. Note: * Tour can be customized and flexible if needed. * Total area of Masterplan is around 1mile x 3 miles and all the monuments are inside that area.
