Hi! I am Riccardo, photographer, art historian, surfer, traveler and of course, tour guide! I'm from Vicenza, a city one hour west from Venice and I've been living in Venice for a long time now: this city attracted me since the first time I visited it as a kid. Wandering around its alleys with my mum made me sense its magical atmosphere and immediately enchanted me. My bond with Venice grew stronger over the years, so I couldn't help but moving here as soon as I could. Venice is my home, it has been for a long time. I love it and our relationship is pretty intense — sometimes too much. Being a tour guide helps me share these emotions with my guests. Venice has many beautiful things: art, history and beauty everywhere, but also lesser known, underground curiosities. I want you to discover them through my food, photo and walking tours to help you to get the best from your experience in this magical place. Being in love with this city is what makes the difference from simply being an expert of it, know its soul is the only way to get "her" essence, and what I want is just to help everyone to achieve this magic connection. - Official Tour Guide License - Official Tour Leader License - Art History Bachelor's degree - Economics and Management of Art Master degree - Professional Photographer - Architectural Restorer none

Embark on an unforgettable Venetian Lagoon Islands Tour with me! Explore the hidden gems of this picturesque archipelago in the most exclusive way possible - aboard your own private water-taxi. The visit in Murano aims to discover the secrets of Murano's renowned glass masters through the knowledge of the staff of the amazing glass factory that will host us. I'll bring you in one of the most famous and big factories on the island in order to offer you a wide choice of options if. If you are specifically interested in the purchase of design pieces let me know in advance in order to arrange a private visit in one of the oldest and most prestigious realities of Murano. From there, we'll navigate to the vibrant Burano, known for its breathtakingly colorful houses and world-famous lace production. Burano is absolutely my favorite place in the Venetian Lagoon, to me it represents an escape from the big Venice chaos. Even if in summer it's visited by many people it's undoubtedly my happy island.
I'll pick you up in the easier spot possible to get the boat. - The private shuttle of the glass factory in Murano will pick us up. - Once there I will introduce you to the art of glassblowing and a component of the staff will give you a detailed description of the activity with a visit in the factory to see the masters at work with the glass blowing demonstration. - A private water taxi will bring us to Burano Island with a first stop and small walk in Mazzorbo (connected to Burano with a bridge) reaching the amazingly colorful Burano. - We will have a walk in the main street where you can visit all the shops about the famous laces manufacture and you will have some free time for shopping or a coffee break. - A private water taxi will bring us back to Venice in your favorite drop off location.
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
