Fantastic tour of Murano and Burano! We visited great artisan shops and were able to set our own pace. The public ferry system can be confusing, so it was nice to have an expert to travel around efficiently.

We had a great day with Riccardo. He did some customization of this tour for me and all worked out great. We enjoyed our Murano demonstrations/showrooms and ended up buying some wine glasses and they gave me the horse they had made in one of the demos. Then onto the pretty island of Burano for a little walking tour and lunch and then a glass of wine at the winery on neighboring Mazzorba. I highly recommend booking with Riccardo. (also, great communication)

Excellent tour of major islands. Ricardo was very informative and a great photographer himself. He worked hard to save on the water taxis needed for this extended itinerary and it was appreciated. It was definitely worth the extra cost to have a private boat and avoid the very crowded city water buses. He also had many good recommendations for restaurants and other tourist attractions. Definitely recommend him.

I'll pick you up in the easier spot possible to get the boat. - The private shuttle of the glass factory in Murano will pick us up. - Once there I will introduce you to the art of glassblowing and a component of the staff will give you a detailed description of the activity with a visit in the factory to see the masters at work with the glass blowing demonstration. - A private water taxi will bring us to Burano Island with a first stop and small walk in Mazzorbo (connected to Burano with a bridge) reaching the amazingly colorful Burano. - We will have a walk in the main street where you can visit all the shops about the famous laces manufacture and you will have some free time for shopping or a coffee break. - A private water taxi will bring us back to Venice in your favorite drop off location.
