Hi! My name is Serena, and I was born and raised in Venice, so I am a real local. I got a degree in foreign languages and literature with a specialization in art history. I speak English and Spanish fluently. I decided to become a tour guide cause this job (that I love) allows me to join my passions: art history and foreign languages, and because I love meeting people from all around the world and helping them to discover my lovely city. During my tours, not only do I take guests to the most iconic places in Venice, but I also show them some hidden corners located off the beaten path. Since I know every single corner of Venice (which can sometimes be a real labyrinth of narrow streets), I can customize all the tours. If you have any specific requests, I will do my best to fulfill them. I also do tours with kids because I have a daughter, and I know how to entertain them during a tour.

Venice is a city of timeless beauty, where every canal and cobblestone whispers a story. On this 2-hour walking tour, I’ll guide you through the must-see highlights—Rialto Bridge, St. Mark’s Square, and the iconic Bridge of Sighs—while unveiling the hidden details that most travelers overlook. As we stroll through the heart of the city, I’ll share intriguing stories, historical insights, and local secrets that bring these landmarks to life. Whether it’s the intricate carvings on an ancient façade or a forgotten legend of the Venetian Republic, you’ll discover a deeper, more intimate side of Venice that you wouldn’t notice on your own. Moreover, Venice can be a real labyrinth where you can easily get lost, and I will guide you through the narrow streets and fascinating alleys on a quest for the most beautiful attractions in the labyrinth.
