Hi all, I would like to give you some information about myself and my work experience. My name is Elisa and I am 35 years old. I am a freelance tourist guide with a professional license for the Region of Sicily. The experience I have gained from my formal studies at high school and then at university ( BA and Masters) and the strong interest I had and continue to have for humanities, helped me to develop an ability to communicate historical, architectonical and archeological knowledge with enthusiasm. Two years abroad (in Germany) and my extensive traveling experiences, have offered me opportunities to adapt to new environments and new cultures. I have learned how important it is to be flexible and make use of my own resources. My work experience over the past 15 years (during which I have planned and managed my time to achieve a good balance between my studies and my work experiences with groups of travelers coming from all over the world, enabled me to develop my leadership skills and increased my awareness of the dynamics of tourism.
