Hello! All roads lead to Rome and you will find me there! My name is Raffy (Raffaela ), I am a native and licensed Tourist Guide, Tour Leader in Rome and The Vatican City. English (Fluent), French (Fluent) and Italian. These licenses come after studies on Archaeology, History of Art, Geography, History and Tourism Legislation and different exams issued by local authorities of Rome. 20 years of experience in the travel industry as travel agent, programme manager and tourism marketing. Since I was a child I used to visit the hundreds museums, picture galleries and churches of Rome with my father, who was an architect and also my very first teacher of arts. Overview of your Rome tour
No trip to Rome is complete without a visit to the Vatican Museums! Impressive, unique, overwhelmig, extensive collections of art, archeology, with some of the most famous works of art in the world collected by the Pontiffs for centuries. We will visit the Pinecone Courtyard, Pio Clementino Museums with the greate Greek and Romans antiquities, that includes the Cabinet of Masks: a special vist out of crowds. Then Galleries of Candelabras, Galleries of Tapestries and Galleries of Maps. The tour will continue in Borgia apartement and than the Sistine Chapel where you will have free time to contamplate the impressive Michelangelo's frescoes. The Basilica of St. Peter, and its square, accessible without having to queue from the Sistine Chapel is the last stop on this visit.

On request, we can add the Bramante Staircase and the Niccolina Chapel. IMPORTANT: -Please bring a copy of your passport (hard copy or photo on your phone) tickets are nominal and you must show a copy of your documents. -Please write me if there are people with mobility problems and if you use or need a wheelchair, the itinerary will be different. The Vatican DRESS CODE is strict and requires shoulders and knees covered: low cut or sleeveless clothing, shorts, miniskirts, and hats for men are not allowed. The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel are closed on SUNDAYS and Catholic Holidays.
