The best of Rome City Tour with a private driver

This tour ended up being the absolute highlight of our time in Rome. Maria was a complete delight — warm, funny, deeply knowledgeable, effortlessly personable, and just a joy to be around. Spending the day with her felt like reconnecting with an old friend who just happens to know every secret of the city. She secured our Colosseum tickets and guided us through the site with the kind of insight you only get from someone who truly loves what she does. Afterward, she tailored the rest of the day to our interests, weaving in stops at the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Hotel Fontana, and more. The air‑conditioned van was a blessing in the heat, and our driver was wonderfully polite and helpful. If you’re short on time in Rome, this is absolutely the way to see the city — and if you’re lucky enough to have Maria as your guide, you’ve struck gold. Thank you again, Maria. Maria’s tour was worth every penny! We would hire her over and over again!! She was able to tailor a tour specific to our interests, and our driver, Christiano, accommodated it all so well! Maria immediately “clicked” with us, and we so enjoyed spending the day with her. We were supposed to have atour of the Colesseum, but we were only in Rome for 2 days. Our tour day was apparently " free day" and the skip the line tickets were not available. Maria was able to pivot ( as we didnt have any flexibility) to a car tour of the highlights of Rome. We had a great day with her. She took us to all the top spots, places with great views. Lots of great historical info too. If we ever make it back to Rome, we will use Maria again for sure.
