My name is Giuseppe and I am an Official Tour Guide in Rome and Tour Leader in Europe since 2003. I am positive, informative and entertaining. My passion is learning about history and telling stories in an engaging and fun way. As a Geographer I traveled the world and studied the world's dynamics. At some point, I wanted to zoom in and go into details about Rome, the city I live in. Also, I wanted to share stories about my amazing hometown and express my passion and enthusiasm for all thing Roman: scenic views, inspiring artworks, delicious dishes, gorgeous museums. I truly enjoy meeting people from diverse backgrounds and I still keep all the letters of appreciation I received from travelers all over the world while I worked as a Tour Leader in Europe. I appreciated when they mentioned how much fun they had while traveling and learning. For me, my job means being a part of someone's happiest holiday memories. Eventually all roads lead to… Rome, so there you will find me! Rome Licensed Tour Guide. BA in Geography from the University La Sapienza in Rome, with honors. Tour Leader in Italy and Europe since 2003 I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

Whould you like to see a UNESCO World Heritage temple, that is the best preserved of ancient Rome, with its famous magnificent dome? How about seeing the Popes tailors? Do you know where the Inquisition operated? Did you know that Julius Caesar's soul is guarded by cats? If you are looking for an authentic experience, if you want to travel from ancient to modern in just a few steps and meet the heroes of the past, let yourself be guided by my stories. Witness one of a kind things such as one of the world's largest open air museums, over half a millenia old palaces, and ancient public baths and bridges. More than 2000 years of history, covered by a very easy walk at a slow pace. Captivating stories, legends and famous people of the past will lead you to the Ghetto where you learn about the Jewish traditions-among the oldest in Rome.
Our tour would follow this order: - Visit the Pantheon with the largest concrete dome ever built. - Walk along the street of the Popes' tailors. - Learn about "Santa Maria Sopra Minerva", the place where members of the Inquisition operated. - Meet Bernini's Elephant "Hanno" holding the burden of its obelisk. - See the ruins of the oldest public Baths of Rome. - Pass by Largo Argentina - 15 March 44 bc Julius Caesar's murder place. - Visit Piazza Mattei and the Fountain made by Michelangelo's pupil. - Walk by the Jewish Ghetto and its 600 years old palaces. - Have an outside visit of the Synagogue. - See Portico di Ottavia, the largest open air museum of Ancient Rome. - See Marcellus theatre built by the first Emperor Octavian Augustus for his nepew. - See Tiber isle and the oldest bridges of Rome. This itinerary can be customized to best meet your specific interests.
