A Mediterranean forested landscape, green all year round, with exquisite monasteries in these biblical historic hills, where Samson met Delilah and the young David fought Goliath. It was here that Jesus was first seen after the resurrection at Emmaus. We will stop for wine-tasting at two excellent prize winning boutique wineries in the area. You are also welcome to buy the exclusive wines at the wineries, which are hard to find in stores. The monasteries also produce special liqueurs from exotic local fruits and herbs! At the end of the trip, we could continue to one of the exceptional restaurants in this area, or bring your favorite food for an outdoor picnic in one of the surrounding forests, tasting the wines you bought.

• The tour will depart with a limousine and driver from your hotel in Tel Aviv to the Cistercian monastery of Latroun, halfway between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. • We will Visit the Monastery of Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows and visit the liqueur shop to taste the produce of the monks. • We will proceed to our first quality winery through one of Israels best scenic roads. • We will do the drive through the beautiful Tsora forest to our second monastery of Deir Rafat. • We will then visit the second winery in a nearby Kibbutz. • Then we will travel to the monastery of Beit Jamal and hear it's astonishing story. • then we will end the tour in one of the region's good restaurants. • Return to Tel Aviv.
