I am a full time driver / guide with almost 25 years experience giving Private Tours around my native city and surrounding counties. Prior to that my wife and I had a pub in the Shandon area of the city, in the shadow of Saint Anne's Church where you can hear the famous bell's ring out. My interest are travel , we have traveled to many exotic places around the world and while traveling to these destinations and taking tours by local guides , gave me a taste to share what I know about my city . I am fully insured and Garda (police) vetted. I am not restricted access to any of the Historical or Heritage sites. However, State owned sites that have got their own guide's giving tour's such sites we'll fall in with their guided tour's.

Leaving Bantry we drive to the stunning village of Glengarriff , our first stop is the market town of Kenmare here we'll visit Kenmare Stone Circle dating back to the Bronze Age. Our next stop will be Molly Gallivans Visitors Centre this is like stepping back 200 yrs in time. Leaving Kenmare we'll drive towards Killarney visiting Molls Gap, ladies view and a quick stop at Torc Waterfall another must stop for photos. In Killarney here we'll visit Muckross House and gardens right next to the Lakes. A visit to Ross Castle won't disappoint you Leaving Killarney we'll make our way back to your ship in Bantry.
The tour was terrific and we enjoyed an amazing experience with Liam! Liam was personable, informative and professional. He took us to interesting sites in Cork county, provided us history and background information and added to the enjoyment of our excursion. Overall a very delightful day. He was also mindful of our time constraints and need to return to our ship by a particular time. The four of us would not hesitate to recommend him highly.

Leaving your ship we start with a step back in time visiting the beautiful village of Glengarriff Leaving Glengarriff we drive towards the market town of Kenmare. As we drive towards killarney we pass Molls Gap , stopping off at Ladies View another photo stop. At killarney we visit Muckross House and gardens with the Lakes and mountains to make yet another stunning photo stop. From there we'll have a short walk around killarney town . We'll stop for lunch in one of the town's many restaurants, and a time to taste some local food and drink. We then pay a visit to the 15th-century Ross Castle a medieval fortress . Leaving Killarney we'll drive back towards your ship in Bantry
