Hi! I'm Ermel, a proud native of Baños de Agua Santa, a place known for its stunning landscapes, natural beauty, and rich cultural heritage. Growing up here, I developed a deep connection to this amazing region and a passion for sharing its wonders with visitors from all over the world. With me, you'll experience Baños through the eyes of a local—discovering hidden gems, breathtaking landscapes, and authentic experiences that many travelers miss. In addition to exploring, I am committed to sustainability and supporting local communities. I promote environmental conservation and encourage the consumption of organic products, ensuring a responsible and meaningful way to experience Baños. It’s important to me that visitors not only enjoy the beauty of the region but also contribute to its preservation. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of guiding tourists through some of Baños’ most incredible spots, including offering unique experiences such as horseback riding tours through the Andes. These experiences have allowed me to connect travellers with the nature and traditions of the region while promoting sustainable tourism. I am also involved in Hospitality Management, with extensive experience working at Urku Allipacha, a family-run project certified as an organic farm and tourist destination. Here, I coordinate events, manage social media marketing, and provide personalized guest services in both Spanish and English. I take pride in representing the project at trade shows and government events, where I actively promote sustainable tourism and organic farming. My goal is to create unforgettable and immersive experiences that help travellers truly connect with Baños and its people.
