Hello dear friends, thanks for taking your time to view my page. My name is Lisa, I am from a small village nearby Yangshuo town, Guilin City. I was born in a farmer's family, grew up in the countryside without toys like nowdays, what was accompaning me in my early age was all mud, rocks and farming works. As life in the countryside was tough, so after graduated my middle school, I decided to move out, then I started a bartending job in Yangshuo city as a part time job in the evening and weekends, meanwhile I went to a college to learn english during the day time, school was 2. 5 years, after the school I started another job in a travel agency in Yangshuo, making arrangments for travellers during their travel like hotel reservation, transportation arrangments, tour designing. . . ect. In the agency I stayed there for 5 years, I found out that guiding job was something I really enjoyed, I like meeting new people, learning new culture, passing down our culture also. From 2012, I started to work as a freelaning tour guide, the owner of the agency closed the shop and opened a hotel. Between 2012 to 2019, I did not only made my own tours, but also worked together with another 3 agencies which were an israeli agency based in Shanghai, a German agency based in Berlin, and a Dutch agency based in Holland, for so many years we had great business relationship, clients were also satisfied with my service. Almost 4 year because of the Covid 19, I stopped this job, I believe I was not the only either as we all see the policy. But now it is finally open, I have a bright wish of our future life. Overview of your Yangshuo tour
What better way to view the sunset than from the top of a beautiful mountain? As your local guide, not only will I bring you safely to the top but I will also be able to share some stories about the area and of course help you to take wonderful photos to capture the best memories. As well as catching the sunset, we will visit a local market (either on the way there or on the way back, depending on the time). I will explain about the local traditions and customs that you will see in the market, as well as about the area in general. Join me for this unique experience!
Your Yangshuo tour itinerary
- Get ready in the afternoon at around 4pm depending on the weather and the season, from your hotel or a certain place near Yangshuo, we will drive to either Xianggong hill or Cuiping hill. - We will climb up to the top of the hill to see the good view of the surrounding area, and the most important thing - the Sunset. Note: I suggest to choose hotels in Yangshuo as it is closer to these places, from Guilin it is a bit too far away especially going to Xingping. Yangshuo has a lot of beautiful and boutique hotels with nice landscape around. Drive from hotels in Yangshuo to Cuiping hill or to Xingping Laozhai hill are both arround 35 minutes, from Guilin to Cuiping hill is about 1. 5 hour. For this tour I can meet you at any place you want, but the price of the vehicles will be changed due to the distance, so I suggest to meet each other better in Yangshuo city or hotels in Yangshuo. It could also be at the railway station in Yangshuo but not those ones in Guilin, it is too far away.
