I use a mix of comfortable, air-conditioned transport. You'll travel in a private vehicle for all ground tours and transfers. The overnight journey from Dhaka is on a first-class air-conditioned cabin on a modern passenger ferry. A modern AC train, the Jahanabad Express, will take you swiftly from Khulna to Dhaka. In the Sundarbans, you'll be on a private safari boat with cabins, using smaller skiffs for close wildlife viewing.

My primary meeting point is at the airport arrivals area. Once you have cleared customs and collected your luggage, please proceed to the public waiting area. Please be sure to look for a sign with your name; I will be holding it. I am easily identifiable with a company placard. From there, you will be directly transferred to your hotel. If you arrive before the tour, I will meet you in the hotel lobby at 8:00 AM on Day 2. Please provide your flight details in advance so I can ensure a smooth pickup.
