We had a fantastic tour with Heidi! She customized the day for us, was great at communication, and did not complain when we missed our train and had to start the tour late. We had a wonderful time during our long layover in Shenzhen. Big thanks to Heidi for the well-planned, comfortable, and interesting city tour. The kids were thrilled by the drone drink delivery and the ride in a self-driving car. Our daughter was so inspired that she decided to start learning Chinese. We will definitely come back to China for a big trip.

Heidi was great! She met us at the train station and took us via the subway to 3 different areas we wanted to see. Her English is exceptional and we never had any communication problems. Heidi also negotiated a reduced price for a piece of jewellery we bought and saved us a lot of money. We will book her again, the next time.
