Charles was awesome! Very pleasant and knowledgeable. A group of 8 of us spent 4 1/2 hours with him. He was very accommodating and flexible with his time. Highly recommend him! He's a keeper!

Charles did a great job! He is a good driver and he speaks very well. I sat in the back and had no trouble hearing him. We wanted to stop at the brewery 1981 and it didn't open until 2:00. He called ahead to see if we could get in early. IT worked and we had a few pints before heading back to the ship,

Due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we were unable to go to the caves, but Charles created an itinerary for us that was fun and worked for our individual needs. We saw Grand Cayman from a local perspective, had an amazing lunch and were able to enjoy the beautiful beaches! We would definitely recommend Charles for any custom tour and hope we are able to come back...

Considering the island is small and lacks any notable attractions, Charlis did everything possible to ensure everyone had a fun and interesting time. We really enjoyed the dolphin tour. For an additional fee, we all swam with them.
