The guides all set their own pricing; ToursByLocals does not set any tour prices.
The price you see for each tour is per tour, not per person. Each tour will show the maximum of travellers that the guide can accommodate at that price.
Some tours may incorporate 'per person' charges, but only if there is a valid reason to do so. For example, if the guide pays in advance for items such as entrance fees or equipment rentals they'll need to add a 'per person' charge to their price. These types of tours usually have a drop-down menu under the pricing section that clearly indicates the 'per person' charges along with an explanation.
In either case, if your group is larger than the number listed on the tour, you can send a message to the guide who may be able to create a custom tour for you and your party.
Any costs that are not included in the total price will be listed under the "What's Extra" section of the tour.
