Hanoi City Tour, Shore Excursion

Steve was absolutely amazing! He picked us up from Ha Long Bay port and he and his driver took us on an incredible Hanoi adventure. He is knowledgeable, energetic, and showed us an incredible time. We loved the history and the night time views. Then drove us back to the port. Take this tour if you want the best experience!!

Hung Nguyen (a.k.a. Steve) was an excellent guide. He gave us much information and insight into Hanoi. He took us to the usual tourist places and also took us to local neighborhoods. His English was excellent. He was able to provide us with a terrific experience for the one day we had available as we arrived by cruise ship. He made us feel very welcome and was very anxious to share his city with us. We are older with some aches and pains that means we may have to slow down at times and get some rest. He was able to adjust our tour to accommodate our activity capabilities. We had four stops in Vietnam and Steve was the best we experienced of our four guides.

Steve was a wonderful guide. Great communication prior to our visit. Everything went smoothly even though our visit was during the Lunar New Year. Although we had a two plus hour drive from the cruise ship dock to Hanoi our time was well spent getting a sense for life in the city. You can't go wrong with Steve leading you visit.

Steve was an amazing tour guide and took exceptional care of us throughout our day in Hanoi. His English was excellent, and he rearranged the tour so we could do exactly what we wanted. He was incredibly attentive and made the entire experience feel smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a better experience. We were able to experience a beautiful temple. He took us for amazing food, the exact food that Obama ate when he was there. He led us around the market on New Year’s Eve and took us to some amazing local places. If you are ever in Hanoi, you should definitely have Steve show you the sites!

Henry made our Saigon stay! He went above and beyond for the 2 days we were there. I am in a wheelchair and he could not of been kinder or more helpful. His knowledge of Hanoi and insights into the culture was truly fascinating. The restaurants for lunch both days were exceptional and not your typical tourist places with great food. He had wonderful stories to tell and always with a smile and upbeat personality…….if you want an exceptional tour of Hanoi Henry is your guy. Thank you for a wonderful 2 days in Hanoi.
