My name is Maulid, also known as Dutch as my nickname. I am native of Zanzibar Islands, as I was born and raised and study within the place. I am from the Swahili family being the second born among 8 siblings. I started my educational journey at Primary and Secondary within the Zanzibar City where else for my high schools studies I attended Tumekuja Secondary Schools located within the periphery of the famous old Stone Town of Zanzibar. As I am from Zanzibar archipelagos which are the tourist spot in Africa with extravaganza beaches and unique tourist attractions, I decided to opt the Bachelor of Tourism Management offered at Sokoine University of Agriculture. As energetic young man I have always find my heart always being moved with staffs of interesting like swimming, readings, hangout with friends, above all traveling and explore the new places truly satisfied me. Thus, I truly considered and cherish the mention activities being the best of my hobbies. As I am now professional on the tourism sector, focusing on tour operating and guiding are the interested element I chose to focus within this sector. My interest was groomed with many factors start from the time of my studies. I got chances to meet and interact with different people who are diverse in culture, races, religious and ethics hence learnt and adopt to live with them.
