Francisco is an amazing guide. He made this tour so delightful by sharing so much history not only of the sights, kings, battles and architecture but also the food, wine and fun facts, and we stopped at authentic shops for pastries and chocolate. We customized our trip a bit and Francisco picked us up from the airport and dropped us at our hotel after the tour. . It was a perfect day.
Francisco Leitão was an excellent private tour guide for our 8 hour tour of Lisbon. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and areas of Lisbon. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. When my wife was not feeling well, he was very helpful in taking her back to our hotel. Francisco and I then completed the tour together. He was very well informed in getting us in and out of tourist areas efficiently. I was able to see everything I wanted and more! On the way back to the hotel he helped me stop at a store to buy some items for my wife. His English was excellent and we highly recommend him.

I strongly encourage you to book your tours through Francisco. Throughout the tour he was attentive, informative and professional. He was also willing to customize it to our interests. He arrived early at our hotel at a time that we chose with a high quality Mercedes vehicle excited to shows us Lisbon and its surrounding area. As the city evolves, more and more areas are out of reach for the cars, so we will always mix driving with a bit of walking, adjustable to your wants and capacities. Starting at the downtown area's Baixa District, the squares of Restauradores and Rossio and the Cathedral of Lisbon, but also the castle hill, the Alfama Disctrict and the Graça quarter for some of the most beautiful views of the city. We will make several stops for photos along the way. Chiado will be the next stop, where I will show you a few of Lisbon's landmarks and you can enjoy a different perspective to the town. According to the time we will lunch before or after heading to the Belém area where some of the most iconic monuments and a big piece of our history are located. Time permitting we can still see the 1998 World's Fair grounds which were converted into the most modern neighborhood of Lisboa.

Depending on group size and availability our transports are always made on a premium sedan/estate (Mercedes E or equilavent) or a Mercedes Van. All cars are equipped with wi-fi, cooler, leather seats, multizone air conditioning and privacy windows. Altough the maximum capacity of the van is 7, we set the maximum number to 5 so that the middle seats are not taken and there's more room. If your group is larger than 5 please contact us so we can create a customized tour.
