Lisbon towards the Algarve or Vice-Versa, through the Historic Évora. ∞ “Healthy Lifestyle Journey” ∞

Jorge picked us up at our Lisbon Hotel and we traveled to Porches in the Algarve. He is a walking history book with so many stories to prepare you for what you are about to see making the trip deep and meaningful and giving you a true understanding of this beautiful country and its people. On our way to the Algarve we made stops at Ponta da Piedade for its majestic views and then to Lagos where we walked the town and stopped for lunch at a wonderful local restaurant that he picked. He helped us order authentic Portugese dishes with fresh fish and meats and the most delicious olives, cheese and vegetables to start. Jorge is incredibly knowledgable, kind, and professional, and has such a calm and happy disposition. He is a positive person who loves life. We all enjoyed his company and are so thankful for his guidance. Thank you Jorge! We will see you again the next time we are in Portgual!

Jorge is such a pleasure to be around, he has a relaxed and happy disposition which is so important during an all day journey together. He picked us up at our Algarve destination and brought us to Sintra for our Pena Palace tour before dropping us back in Lisbon. We were so happy to have a experienced person like Jorge taking through the winding streets that lead to the palace. We originally thought we would rent a car and drive ourselves and we were very happy that we didn't! We spent a wonderful day with Jorge on a customized version of the Lisbon-to-Algarve tour, and it was one of the highlights of our time in Portugal. Conversations flowed naturally, and we learned so much without it ever feeling like a formal tour. What stood out most was Jorge’s warm, easygoing style and genuine care for creating a memorable experience. He balanced sightseeing, conversation, local recommendations, and flexibility perfectly. By the end of the day, it felt less like being guided by a tour operator and more like traveling with a knowledgeable local friend. We would highly recommend Jorge to anyone looking for an authentic, thoughtful, and enjoyable way to experience Portugal and the Algarve region.

Jorge provided my husband and I with an enjoyable day as we comfortably traveled from Lisbon to our hotel in the Algarve. He took us to a cute town for a coffee and pastry and then we explored the ancient town of Evora where Jorge took us to see all the important sites . He also made reservations for us in a special restaurant where we had a delicious lunch.

Jorge is amazing! My family (consisting of 6 people ranging in age from 18 to 80) all equally loved the day we spent with him driving from Lisbon to the Algarve and back! That's a lot of driving! But Jorge did it all, and made every moment of the journey so fun. He's a wonderful tour guide and showed us many sites in his beautiful country, including a local lunch, that we would not have experienced on our own. Jorge created many memories for us and we cannot thank him enough! Obrigada!
