Welcome to Portugal! I am an australian-born Portuguese living in Lisbon since I was 8 years old. The portuguese landscape, history, food, traditions and warm personality have won me over and I hope to share all this with you! I studied Tourism, becoming a Licensed Guide in 2009 and I absolutely love my job! I get to welcome people from around the world every day and show them a genuine perspective of what it is to be a local in Lisbon. My goal is to guarantee you have a memorable visit, an excellent learning experience and feel like you got to know a true Portuguese person that could answer your questions and curiosities. Beside the tours presented on my profile, I am happy to customize any tour, in case you have a special request or interest! Please contact me to make it happen! I live in an historical neighbourhood and believe that the best way to get to know a city is by walking. Thus, I have several walking tours, to show you the best views and hidden gems of the city. I also have tours with a car/van and a driver. The driver drops us off by the monument or place of interest and I stay with you , giving you indepth information. Join me to have a fun and meaningfull tour! See you soon! I am a licensed, registered and insured Tour Guide since 2009. No restrictions in terms of guiding. I am not a driver. I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

Tasting the food is getting to know the flavors of a destination, always attached to traditions, history and family experiences. Come discover all these flavors and textures with me! Start in true Portuguese style with a custard tart and coffee. Custard tarts can be found in lots of cafes, but I will take you to the emblematic places, where the crispy doe make all the difference! A tasting including Cheese from the Azores, Portuguese Presunto and port wine will be arranged! Following we shall taste the Ginja, a local cherry liquor, in the traditional hole-in-the-wall place, founded by the man who invented the recipe himself! Walking up the Chiado quarter we will see boutique stores and local handicraft, working up our appetite for a Bifana, a pork steak on bread with mustard and a beer! A MUST! The tour ends at the market of Ribeira, also known as the Time-out market. Depending on the time of year, other goodies with be included, like Christmas sweets, Easter almonds or cherries in Summer!
Start in Rossio Square. Walk through Chiado neighborhood up to Bairro Alto. We will finish in Mercado da Ribeira market, by the river. Please contact me for customization.
