Hi. My name is António. One of my favourite things is to do walking tours. I have always been a walker: I did the Camino of Santiago de Compostela and the Levadas (Walks) of Madeira island. Overview of your Douro Valley tour

Welcome to the Douro Valley, a land where authentic experiences are waiting for you. It is also a land where the settlement of humans is very ancient as it shows the Côa Valley archeological park. This tour takes you back in time to prehistoric lands where Paleolithic rock art has been discovered near the Douro and Côa Rivers. In the Côa Valley Archaeological Park, you will have the opportunity to do a visit to the Palaeolithic rock art site on the banks of the Côa River and the museum. I've been working as a guide in Douro since 2018 and this activity allows me to do something very dear to me: to share a memorable experience in Douro Valley.

Your Douro Valley tour itinerary

• Pick up at Pinhão village or Régua town. • Visit to Côa Museum. • Lunch - Celebrating Portuguese Cuisine. • Visit to the Côa Valley Archaeological Park. • Scenic road and viewpoints. • On the road: returning to Pinhão or Régua and ending the tour with Port Wine made by a small producer. • IMPORTANT: This tour can be customized to be done by night because it is possible to visit the Archaeological Park with a nice atmosphere surrounding us.
