Overall, the trip progressed well with Owen in Zambia. He was usually on time and flexible with schedule. We actually hired him for five days. He was more of a trip coordinator and driver than a guide because Mosi oa Tunja NP, Botswana and Zimbabwe required use of their own guides which probably cut into his revenue.
