This "Tour Guide Shore Excursion Agreement" should be read in conjunction with the "Tour Guide Agreement" and the "Customer Terms and Conditions", which applies to registered ToursByLocals customers.

By publishing Shore Excursions, you understand:

• the flexibility required to operate within the cruise ship industry market and the uncertainty related to arrival and departure times.
• that changes with little to no notice may occur in arrival and departure times and to the cruise itineraries and routes.
• there may be delays in arrivals or departures, delays when travelers disembark, cancellations for bad weather as well as busy, crowded and sometimes disorganized terminals.
• any information relating to the arrival and departure times for cruise ships, mooring locations and the meeting location for the commencement of the tour listed on our website is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon.
• in the event that the ship does not dock due to Force Majeure events, only expenses will be paid by ToursByLocals. You should set your tour prices accordingly.

Under no circumstances will ToursByLocals be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the inaccuracy of any information relating to the itinerary or location of any cruise ships.

If you notice that any of the cruise information on the ToursByLocals website is inaccurate, you agree that you will immediately report such inaccuracy to both the traveler and ToursByLocals.

You acknowledge that, when practical, the shore excursions you offer on ToursByLocals.com include the following:

• picking up and dropping off at an obvious meeting place at the port (unless the port in question is at the start or the end of the cruise).
• transportation by modern A/C vehicle
• setting the start times and the duration of your tours in accordance with the cruise ship's schedule.
• including the cost of special documents such as port permissions in the booking price of the tour.
• planning and delivering your tour so that the travelers return on time to the ship.
