The Major War Criminals Trial was held before the International Military Tribunal in Nuremberg from November 20, 1945 to October 1, 1946. As a result of this trial, Courtroom 600 of the Nuremberg Palace of Justice gained worldwide notoriety. From 1946 to 1949, 12 "Subsequent Trials" were held in the same courtroom before exclusively U. S. American military tribunals. .
Adidas AG (stylized as since 1949) is a company established in Germany. The company is named after its founder, Adolf Dassler, also known by the nickname Adi, who began producing ballet shoes in the 1920s with his brother Rudolf Dassler in Herzogenaurach near Nuremberg. The name "adidas" is a union between surname, Adi and surname, Dassler, founder of the company, "Adi" "Das" sler.
