This tour is perfect for those who love wine and want to explore new tastes.
This is a CUSTOMIZED wine tasting tour in the heart of Bologna, a city with some of the richest culinary traditions in Italy. ALL TOURS MUST BE BOOKED minimum 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE. We can meet at noon and then make our way through medieval streets while also touring some of the open food markets discussing different ingredients and recipes. All this while leading to our wine tasting in a local enoteca picked specially for you. All the enotecas have large selections and varieties of Italian wines if you want to purchase any and have cases shipped home.

Meeting location: I can meet you in Bologna at Neptune fountain in Piazza Maggiore.

You are responsible for purchasing any items of a personal nature related to shopping, souvenirs, wine to ship home and transport. (This is a walking tour but if you decide you want to also take a bus the tickets are your responsibility.)
I am not a licensed guide. I do not guide tourist when in churches or museums or cultural heritage sites. I can arrange taxis or private cars/vans. I have lots to share from my 14 years living in Italy as an artist, teacher and foodie expat!
