1 Day Flexible Tour For Cruisers!
It is a perfect tour for first-time visitors to get acquainted with St. Petersburg, to explore some off the beaten path places, try out local food and/or drink and have a truly Russian experience!
On this private walking tour you will see much more than on large group bus tours run by cruise lines. Contrary to them you will have a first-hand local experience :)
You will explore all main attractions of Saint Petersburg at your own pace. We will use our effective public transportation (metro, buses, trams, ets. ) and taxi - all included in the tour price.
To be able to provide you tour tickets for disembarkation i'll need to have scans of your passports.
The tour tickets are usually ready within 2 weeks. They should be printed out and shown at Russian border control.
Don't hesitate to ask me any questions, i'm always glad to hear from you!
As it's a private tour, you can alter this on the day.
I will meet your at a cruise ship terminal, then we will go by public transport (by bus) to the first destination - Peter and Paul Fortress (the birthplace of the city), then the very first museum in Russia, St. Isaac's cathedral (the biggest orthodox church in the world), the local Parlament, a monument to the founder of Saint Petersburg - Peter The Great, a ship-yard, a residence of Russian Trars (The Winter palace), the main street of the city, the most picturesque church (Our Saviour on the Spilled Blood) and many other beautiful and historical buildings and must-see places.
You will have lunch at a nice local restaurant.
You will use and explore The St. Petersburg metro.
We can also visit a local market if you like.
I will accompany you back to the cruise ship terminal.
