All you can do if you are here overnight or you arrive by cruise
This tour wants to supply a 360° feeling of Venice and is customized for those visitors who are in town just for a couple of nights or who wish to enjoy the highlights in a few hours and be left with some free time.
This tour is perfect to collect all the necessary infos about art, history, customs, crafts, food. . . . and at the end of it you'll get a complete understanding of Venice since I'll walk you around and inside St Mark's basilica, I'll take you for a memorable ride by watertaxi and by gondola, I'll introduce you to the art of glass blowing and we'll stop for a good cappuccino!
Please, be aware that a gondola fits up to 6 people; if you are a larger party I need to customize the tour.
On Sundays St Mark's church opens at 2 pm.
We start our day together with a couple of hours walk through the city centre admiring the highlights but also indulging in some less crowded areas and more intimate corners. After a stop in a coffee shop for a good capuccino or other drink we head to St Mark's square fora visit to the precious church. We'll then board a private watertaxi and cruise the Grand Canal and some rios to get a water view of the city. By boat we reach Murano Island and visit a beautiful glass factory. At the end of the glass blowing demo and the showrooms we head back to the city. I'm going to take you to a typical inn to grab some local finger food after the Venetian tradition of "cichetti"or for a good pizza. And how could you finish this glorious day better than by gondola?

Isabella was very personable, relaxed and knowledgeable, really loved her tour. It set up up for our following two days of self touring in Venice just perfectly, teaching ups on how to get around, what else to see and the best times to go. Although we did not felt pressured, we did buy some glass art on glass blowing tour. One of the best tours we have ever been on.
