We really enjoyed our tour with Giovanna. She met us promptly and the spot was easy to find. She was very knowledgeable of all the sites, took us to some off the standard path places, and answered lots of questions for us - including giving us tips on where to get the best gondola rides. Her English was excellent. Would definitely recommend!
