Venice and Murano in a single Tour
Get introduced to Venice and its lagoon in a single tour.
The tour starts with a ride on a private boat along the canals of Venice and into its lagoon with destination Murano, the island internationally renowned for the glass blowing.
We visit a glass factory and observe a glass master at work. Precise movements and tools tell us about the past, about a century-old tradition that is being perpetuated in the workers' skills and in the beauty of the blown objects. We spend a little time on the island before taking a 'vaporetto' (waterbus) back to Venice.
In Venice we take a walk throughout the many alleyways and bridges featuring wonderful buildings and we melt with the daily life of the city.
We end up in the square of St. Mark, where your guide will illustrate the main monuments and lead you inside the breathtaking basilica.
