Discover and exchange culinary culture between you and the local people through the selection of fresh, clean foods to prepare for your upcoming cooking class. Next, we will take a short walk to Hoi An harbor, once the busiest port of Southeast Asia where we will go for a cruise from Hoi An harbor along the bank of the Thu Bon River to Cam Thanh fishing village for the cooking classes. We can even take a fun ride in a bamboo basket boat to enjoy and admire the unique eco coconut forest in the village before your cooking class starts. And for the end of this great day, my brother, a professional chef with many years of experience, and I will demonstrate and share with you the steps to cook unique local dishes which are part of Vietnamese tradition.
