Eat like a local, enjoy the tastes of local Vietnamese specialties!

We start the tour with a deep-fried fish tofu stick and beef snack balls and from there we are heading further to a place where you will try Banh Trang Cuon. It's a snack made from a mixture of eggs, little shrimp, green mango, and dried beef, topped with mayonnaise, and hot sauce. Next you'll try is "Nem Nuong" - a pork BBQ rolled up in rice paper with rice noodles, lettuce, thin banana slices, Asian basil, mint, pineapple, coriander, fresh herbs, and leaves, that you dip in a yummy sweet-spicy sauce. And if you will get thirsty, do not worry, right away at the next stop, you will enjoy some sugar cane juice. We will end our evening excursion at a food stall where we will have some coconut cream. When the food is still around your tongue and the daily life images of people here are around your mind. It's the right time to wish all the best to each other, to your new friends that you met on the tour and to your local guide, before getting back to your accommodation.
