Make your visit to NYC all the more memorable by experiencing one of the most famous, modern Wonders of the World - the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island! Maximize your touring time with an expert guide who has given this tour literally hundreds of times and let me help you and your loved ones make this visit the special experience it should be! Benefit from my expert know-how to gain superior views from the moment of boarding the ferry, to setting foot at the Statue of Liberty. You'll also learn the history and stories behind this impressive national monument. On Ellis Island you'll be able to walk in the footsteps of the millions of immigrants, mostly from Europe, who passed through the Registry Room on their way to start their lives in the New World - for some, it was an island of hope, for others an island of tears, but for all, a unique American Journey.
Meet at our agreed-upon location and transfer through Battery Park to board the ferry boat! Please note we will be passing through airport-style security before boarding the ferry. Stop 1: Statue of Liberty on Liberty Island Stop 2: Ellis Island On the ferry-boats and islands, we'll have a chance to see impressive views of the surrounding area and capture some memorable photos for the family newsletter! Weather dependent, we'll see many sights, including: - The Manhattan skyline - Brooklyn Bridge - Even the great state of New Jersey! Of course, we'll leave time for breaks and souvenir shopping as you wish.
