East Nashville Walking Tour - Half Day

Come explore this artsy and eclectic side of Nashville. Known to locals as east nasty because of its checkered past, this historic area is the home to small music venues, specialty restaurants, and hip speakeasies. This side of the river also offers many photo opportunities with its many murals. This is not your cookie-cutter-type neighborhood. What I love about East Nashville is all the great architecture of the homes here, from victorian to craftsmen we will see so many different styles. We will walk the historic 5 points area with its unique bars and restaurants, as well as the Fatherland District, with its artsy craft and gift shops. This is still part of Music City and yes there is plenty of that to talk about as well when we go past the Woodland Recording Studio. Let's take a look at one of the many speakeasies this area has to offer and talk about prohibition.
