Step beyond the ordinary and explore Pearl Harbor with a local expert, and skip the lines. I am a proud U.S. Army veteran, former NPS interpreter, and certified diver who spent 15+ years at the USS Arizona. I will be glad to share firsthand survivor experience and insights from my work on live dives and internments. There are many powerful stories I carry from my time with the survivors of the USS Arizona, and together, we’ll honor their memories through personal accounts that few have had the privilege to hear. I will also explain the “black tears” of the Arizona and the meaning behind its design, as well as share reflections on those who served. This tour is designed for history lovers seeking a deeper, authentic tour led by someone who has first hand experience.
·After picking you up from an agreed upon spot, we'd drive to a coffee farm, while I share some of the history behind the Pearl Harbor attack. ·On arrival, as you sip on a fresh cup of coffee, grown and roasted right here at Green World Coffee Farm, I invite you to relax and enjoy the flavours cultivated in Hawaii. ·Next, we'll drive to Pearl Harbor where we'll visit two indoor museums; Road to War and the Attack, as well as outdoor exhibits. There is also a documentary short film at display that you can opt to watch if you'd like. ·Afterwards, you will sail to the USS Arizona Memorial. ·After your visit, we'll sail back to Pearl Harbor and conclude with a scenic drive through Punchbowl Cemetery, known as the “Arlington of the Pacific". ·At last, you'll be dropped off in your hotel.
