Ullapool shore excursion with private transportation

A private tour through breathtaking scenery and across a remote part of the Highlands arriving at one of my favourite private homes, Dunrobin Castle, an impressive 189-room stately home belonging to clan Sutherland. After being used as a boarding school for seven years, it is now open to the public and you can walk through many of the rooms at your leisure. The French influence extends into the gardens, completed in 1850, with Barry taking inspiration from the French formal style of the Gardens of Versailles. There is a falconry display here which you can also admire. After our visit, we make our way along the shores of Loch Fleet in the hope we catch a glimpse of some of the local wildlife before arriving in the beautiful town of Dornoch for possibly lunch or a visit to the Cathedral or the Jail ( gift shop ), the whisky shop or the museum. On our return to Ullapool, we will take in Falls of Shin where depending on the time of the year, we might see salmon keeping up the waterfall.
