Cotswolds Private Tour

Setting off from our agreed meeting point we head for the village of Broadway named for its picturesque wide high street and village green. . . often described as "the prettiest village in England". A short drive brings us to Broadway Tower from where, on a clear day, we can enjoy far-reaching views across five counties; views once enjoyed by one of the previous occupants whilst taking a bath on the roof! Onwards to Chipping Campden then to Blockley, known as Kembleford to fans of intrepid priest and amateur sleuth 'Father Brown' in the TV series of the same name. Stopping for lunch or afternoon tea you might like to take a stroll or have some free time to explore the wide choice of independent stores and fascinating antique shops or simply sit and enjoy the surroundings. From here we continue our journey through famous villages and market towns such as Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold, The Slaughters, Bourton on the Water & a few of my favourite 'hidden gems' each one with a fascinating story to tell!
