We will start this wonderful heritage tour, from Kirkwall city centre to: - Saint Magnus Cathedral, the cathedral was founded in 1137 by Earl Rognvald. in honor of his uncle Saint Magnus. - And then to Bishop and Earls Palaces, both the Bishop's Palace and the Earl's Palace play a vital role in understanding the history of Orkney. - Then, on to Yesnaby cliffs for its, stunning coastal scenery with dramatic cliffs, sea stacks, and local wildlife. - Skara Brae, to explore this remarkably well preserved, Neolithic village, offering a unique glimpse into life 5,000 years ago. - Lunch at Skara Brae - Then on to Ring of Brodgar, walk among this majestic stone circle and henge. UNESCO World Heritage site. - Stones of Stenness, Britain’s oldest stone circles dating back to around 3100 BC. - And finally to Unstan Tomb, It is a Neolithic chambered cairn, thought to date back to around 3,500 BCE. - Return to drop off point
