Ephesus besides being an archeological site, It is an important Christian site housing the Basilica of St. John the Divine from 6th century and the house where the Virgin Mary is supposed to have spent the last years of her life. Also it was a major centre of St. Paul's missionary journeys to Asia Minor. It is a gift to step in the footsteps of Paul , St John and Mother Mary and see the things as they did 2000 years ago. It is a kind of paralelshift. Let's explore this magnificent site ; rich with historical and biblical significance. Walking along the colonnaded streets helps us to get the feeling for what life was like in Roman times. I will share the legends and stories to bring the life of Ephesians into your tour.
