St. Pauls trail is a second longest long-distance trail in Turkey. ıt runs from Antalya south of Turkey to Lake district over the Taurus mountains. It passes through one of the greenest forests of Taurus mountains where natural pine cheddar juniper and oak trees meet. The trail follows some of the Roman roads used by St. Paul on his journey to Antioch from Perge in Pisidia near Lale Egirdir. Untouched by time, the pastoral lifestyle, richness of history, the beauty of nature and diversity of natural life gives this area almost what a trekker would like to encounter on a walk.
