We might also spot a shy "señorita" in one of the many courtyards just before venturing into Es Born where modern shops and elegant boutiques line the streets.

Accompany me as we stroll through Palma's quiet, back streets, discovering the city's hidden corners away from the mass tourist areas. We'll talk with an artisan in his workshop and satisfy a sweet tooth in a traditional bakery. Looking for that something special? We'll drop in on the city's oldest shops, some of which are over 100 years old. From ancient to modern, in Palma, there is something for everyone!

The visit is best during the morning since the markets are open until 2:30pm from Mon-Sat. If you would like to visit after that hour or on Sundays, some changes will be made to the route which I will confirm with you.

Art Nouveau, an Ancient Estate and Oranges Private Tour

One of my favorite excursions and a favorite with guests since we visit one of the most beautiful spots in Mallorca. Leaving Palma behind we'll head north to visit an ancient estate of Arab origin which gives us an excellent idea of how a rural farm was run in the 10th century. On to Soller, a unique Mediterranean town with French influences. Time to mix with the locals, visit the town shoemaker, taste homemade "sobrasada" and artisan ice cream of locally grown lemons or oranges. Let me show you some of my favorite spots in town!

We'll drive along the Mediterranean coast to the village of Deià, to this day a magnet for artists and writers. With a drink in hand, take in the views from the terrace of Mallorca's most beautiful hotel, Belmond La Residencia. We'll visit the sculptor in residence who, when available, will give us a personal tour of the sculpture garden and the collection of Miró graphic art.

Welcome to Serra de Tramuntana! Discover two of the most stunning villages of the main mountain range of Mallorca: Valldemossa and Sóller.

Valldemossa is the hometown of the unique Mallorcan saint: santa Catalina Tomàs. It stands out thanks to its cobblestone streets and lovely alleys and its quietness. The worship to the saint is so important and that is why you will find in every single house and shop a small ceramic tile with Santa Catalina. Furthermore, I need to talk about its most famous building: the Carthusian monastery, old royal palace from the 14th century that became monastery during the 15th century and nowadays a museum. And of course, the Coca de Patata the tastiest sweet of the village, I suggest you tasting it with hot chocolate during winter and almond shake during summer.

And the other village: Sóller. It is located in a deep valley known as "the Orange valley". In Sóller we must talk about the Modernism houses and monuments built during the 20th century by sollerics enriched abroad.
