Join me to discover the capital city of the An Andalus, splendid during the medieval period of Sepharad Would you like to go through scenic vineyards and olive tree groves onto the enchanting city of Cordoba? Let me take you to this incredible place, named Capital City during the Roman Empire and the Moorish Empire of Al Andalus. I will show you the narrow and enchanting streets of this ornate city. Have you heard about the Jewish and Christian Quarters? These are magical places, and here I will show you to one of the remaining 14 century Sinagogues in Spain. I will share with you all the secrets of the greatest mosque in the western word, known as La Mezquita: originally erected as a Christian Church dedicated to San Vincent later converted into an Islamic Mosque during the middle ages. Following the reconquista, the building became a Roman Catholic Church. Quite interesting history right? Cordoba, 2000 years of splendor and history !!! Not to be missed !!!! The City of the 3 Cultures !!!
My Proposal for a Basic Itinerary : A Trip Duration of 8h30 hrs aprox. with Following Timings : Meet & Greet with Driver and Guide and departure for Cordoba Unesco World Heritage site. We will enjoy the magnificent landscapes of olive groves, vineyards, and small white villages. After 2 hrs drive we will reach CORDOBA . * Panoramic Tour admiring the fantastic views from the other side of the Roman Bridge. ( Photo stop ) * We will continue with a walk of narrow streets of old " Juderia " to meet the notable figures of our heritage : Seneca the Roman , Moises Ben Maimon Jewist Doctor and Muslem Averroes . . * Visit the Sinagogue * Visit the stunning and fascinating Mosque-Cathedral We will have time to discover special hidden corners , to enjoy local shopping and visiting one of the oldest bodegas in Andalucia while enjoying the delicious gastronomy of the city.
