Full Day iSimangaliso Wetland Park - Bush and Beach Safari

If you want to see a different side of South Africa, away from the main tourist routes and busy parks then the iSimangaliso Wetland Park is the place to be. Nelson Mandela once said 'iSimangaliso must be the only place on the globe where the oldest land mammal (the Rhinoceros) and the world's biggest terrestrial mammal (the Elephant) share an ecosystem with the world's oldest fish (the Coelacanth) and the world's biggest marine mammal (the Whale)", it is a truly unique region and just waiting for you to explore. You'll take a relaxed drive around the Park, searching for typical African wildlife, learning about the ecosystems, plant life and bird life that make this region so special. Stop to dip your toes into the warm Indian Ocean, maybe a snorkel at Cape Vidal (tide and weather dependent), enjoy a laid-back lunch within the reserve and finish the day feeling like you never want to leave. Please note we will be searching for completely wild animals therefore no sightings are guaranteed.
