Banat and Danube Gorge Private Tour

For this trip, we will travel to discover the amazing nature hidden in the Banat Mountains all the way to the Danube. Spectacular waterfalls, lost cities and the not so blue Danube will make sure a strong impression on you! Actually, this day trip will be for sure only the taste of what this part of the world can offer for you! Banat is currently split between three nations. The same mix goes along as well when it comes to nature: beautiful golden plains, curvy hills and wild mountains and of course the Danube. As a former history teacher I treasure a lot the diversity of this small region. I enjoy the opportunity to talk about its complexity and how over the centuries people managed to live here in peace and forge a civilisation worth to be taken as a model all over the world. We will drive, hike (a bit) and ride the fast boat on the Danube, everything in a day that you will remember for sure over the years!
