Lisbon - the highlights and beyond!

The culture, tradition and history of a bohemian, old lady called Lisbon. An introductory tour to understand the key aspects of this fascinating, enchanted city. As an art historian, the small, almost unseen, details fascinate me. Together, we will discover the must-see monuments, but also those hidden treasures that you can't miss. The tour would not only be focused on history, art and architecture but also bites, traditions, writers and habits. All you need to know to make this city yours. We will take stairs, little streets, and some hills. On our way we will visit the mythic view of Sao Pedro de Alcantara, explore Bairro Alto, the vain district of "Baixa Chiado", Largo do Carmo, Baixa Pombalina and, of course, we will get lost in the narrow streets of Alfama and Moureria. Sweets included? Of course, we love all these astonishing places, bust most importantly we can't live without sugar. We will be mainly walking, but I can also arrange to pick you up and drop you off with private transportation.
